Ancient winery rehabilitation’s in a lodge

The location of the project is an advantage (20 minutes ride from Bordeaux). It’s not far from the village-center of La Lande de Fronsac, surrounded by the vineyard and a forest. On the site, at 10 meters from the project, the beautiful host house in dressed tones is facing a long alley.

The first lodge is oriented north, east and west. It have a double height opened living-room on north, and east directly open on the swimming-pool. This lodge can welcome 8 people and have 2 shower rooms with a separated toilet. 2 bedrooms are at the ground level and 2 others at the first floor. This lodge is luminous with very large and high windows for a great comfort.

The second lodge is oriented south and east. It can welcome 4 people in 2 bedrooms with a shower room and a separated toilet. This lodge is fully accessible for disabled person or person with reduced mobility. A calcareous stone wall separates the two lodges and can be open or close to have two opened elements in one. Si you can have access from one lodge to another for family meetings. The two kitchens can also be opened to have a great kitchen to cook together. 

On the outside a patio and a covered large swimming-pool with a classical style with arches give to the lodge a singular style. Each lodges have an outdoor terrace with the countryside view.

A landscape parking with 6 place is placed in front of the lodges for the access.
